By accessing or using Calai services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You will not use Calai to (a) violate any law, (b) infringe intellectual property, (c) transmit malware, (d) interfere with service operation, or (e) circumvent usage limits.
Subscription fees are charged in advance, monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data is exportable for 30 days, then deleted.
Services are provided "as is". Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
