Calai Technologies, Inc. ("Calai", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under GDPR and CCPA.

We collect (a) account information you provide when registering, (b) usage data from our services, (c) technical data like IP address, browser type, and device identifiers.

2. How we use information

• Provide and improve our services
• Process billing and payments
• Send transactional and (with consent) marketing communications
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with subprocessors (AWS, Stripe, Postmark) under DPAs aligned with EU SCCs.

4. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data by writing to privacy@calai-secure.example.

5. Retention

Account data is kept for the lifetime of your account plus 7 years for tax/accounting compliance.
